Hamilton is conveniently located in the heart of Southeastern Ontario. Toronto and the Niagara region are within easy drives. The flight possibilities are excellent. The McMaster campus is a 45-minute drive from Toronto's Pearson International Airport. Hamilton is also served by its own John C. Munroe International Airport.

Transportation and Directions to McMaster University:

Airways Transit provides shuttle bus service to and from Hamilton International Airport and Toronto Pearson Airport. They accept reservations on-line. When completing the reservation form, please enter ACSD in the "Conference/Event" field to receive the conference rate of $38.00 including taxes (one way). http://www.airwaystransit.com/reservation.shtml

If you would like to rent a car, there are several car rental agencies at Pearson Airport.

Off Campus:

Hotel reservations have to be made by May 14th. The corporate rate for a single is $89.00 plus tax and $95.00 plus tax for double occupancy. To receive the corporate rate, state that you are attending ACSD at McMaster University.

On site:

15 Suites (60 beds) have been reserved at our "NEW" Mary Keyes Residence. Mary Keyes Suites, officially opened in May 2003 for our conference delegates. Mary Keyes residence features, suite style accommodation,- 4 single rooms, 2 private bathrooms, common living rooms & kitchenette per suite. Each bedroom is furnished with one single bed, desk, bureau. Telephones & internet connections are also in each bedroom.

The nightly rate including parking and continental breakfast is $71.06 including taxes. All payment information is included in the Pre-Registration Accommodation Form. If you have any questions regarding on campus housing, please email Conference Sevices: confs@mcmaster.ca Reservations should be made by May 21st.
